Job Purpose:

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in delivering efficient HR administrative and payroll services for our clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resource management and payroll processing within a dynamic HR outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and client files.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and compliance checks.

  • Respond to general HR-related inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

Payroll Processing:

  • Address payroll-related queries under the supervision of the HR team.

General Support:

Key Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Position Summary

The Payroll Analyst will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple clients. This role involves analyzing payroll data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Processing
    • Accurately process payroll for assigned clients, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and deadlines.
    • Review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data for accuracy.
  2. Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., income tax, social security).
    • Generate and submit reports, including tax filings and end-of-year summaries.
    • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  3. Issue Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and system errors promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address payroll concerns.
  4. System Maintenance
    • Maintain and update payroll systems with accurate employee information.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-client environment.
    • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, QuickBooks) and HRIS systems.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
    • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications
